Malaysia's B2C seller successfully start B2B export business with Alibaba.com

Also, through Alibaba.com, they have intelligent online tools to help them, some of their favorite features on Alibaba.com are Business Trends and Trade Assurance. They get to meet new buyers from countries such as Middle East, US, Europe. To date, they have signed about 9 manufacturers, including some industry heavyweights in coffee such as Aik Cheong and Kluang TV Coffee.

They also supply bio-degradable straws that are a brainchild of a biotech company right here in Penang, Malaysia. It stands out from the rest of the world as well by having 6 international certifications. So there is definitely a growing trend of local B2B buyers sourcing on Alibaba.com. It makes them feel really proud to see out-made in Malaysia goods packed up and sent off for shipping.
