Alibaba.com will officially launch the Pandemic Recovery Program ('the Program') in Thailand with the Department of International Trade Thailand (DITP) and Thai Trade, to support global economic growth for Thai SMEs through e-commerce. As the effects of the pandemic are still being felt globally, the Program aims to equip Thai SMEs with e-commerce business operation skills, by sponsoring free participation of it's ASTE (Alibaba.com Seller Training E-course) for the duration of the Program, which is previously only open to it's paying members.
