Jialian International Marketing Co Ltd was established by Joy Kuo’s father about 40 years ago. 3 years ago, she was welcomed aboard as the General Manager.

Jialian International Marketing Co., Ltd manufactures enzymatic products and healthcare supplements such as skin care, immune booster, and slimming products. The company is headquartered in Taipei and has five factories across Chinese mainland and Taiwan.

Joy’s primary role at the company is to expand the customer base beyond their traditional channel. They wanted to promote products to more countries.

During its establishment, the company focused solely on traditional marketing and had its customers mainly from Chinese mainland. Also, Jialian International Marketing Co., Ltd was the major producer of their products until a competitor showed up. It was then that the company realized it couldn’t focus on one area alone. Jialian International Marketing Co., Ltd uses almost all the features to promote their business, including the Livestream option, which allows them to meet their customers face to face. According to Joy, the Livestream feature is a great way to interact with customers, get close to them, and show them how to use the company’s products.

Success

Jialian International Marketing Co., Ltd is currently a Verified Supplier on Alibaba.com, with customers from different parts of the world.

Before Alibaba.com, the company only had one international customer from France.

On joining Alibaba.com, they got their first customer from the USA, and although she made them reduce their normal MOQ, it boosted their star ranking. Today, Jialian International Marketing Co., Ltd has more than 100 international buyers.
