Smart Assistant Agent is built on Accio Work's AI capabilities. Your account can be linked automatically so both workspaces run side by side and any Credits you buy are shared across Smart Assistant Agent and Accio Work.
Both versions meter AI usage. The old version deducted one use at a time. After the upgrade, each capability is priced as a different number of Credits, which is fairer and better value. Final Credits-per-capability figures will be announced before they take effect.
Yes. Once the master account purchases the plan and completes linking, a sub-account can use it after granting authorization on first use and receiving Credits allocated by the master account. Legacy capabilities such as image optimization, title optimization, and auto reply are charged to the master account by default.
The master account can view plan and usage details, team Credits and bills, member consumption ranking, and transaction details under Account & billing management. The master account sees every account's consumption; a sub-account sees only its own.
The upgrade cannot be rolled back because the new architecture and capabilities differ greatly from the old one. Old-version entries start retiring from January 1, 2027. If your international-site membership ends later than that, the old entry retires once your service period ends.
