The top three reasons why buyers don’t respond are:
1.Speed: If you didn’t respond to the buyer’s message in a timely fashion they may have received follow-up from another supplier. We suggest making sure you respond within 24 hours of receiving their message.


2.Professionalism: If you didn’t understand the real needs of the buyer or respond to their specific questions they may not respond.


3.Suitability: It might just be that your product specifications or price don’t meet the requirements of the buyer.
