What is AWE Program

AWE Program

During the 10-week virtual program and comprehensive curriculum, participants refine and articulate their goals and vision for growth, develop long-term strategies to scale their businesses and increase revenue, enhance leadership skills, and establish a support network among themselves and the broader community. The program includes sessions on leadership, negotiation, strategy, business and financial models, funding, measuring success, and more.

Requirements

a) 21 years of age or older; b) A woman or nonbinary individual; c) A current owner or co-owner of business(es) within the EU; d) Have a minimum of annual revenue of € 800,000; e) Prepared to partake in an intensive entrepreneurial management program that also provides training and leadership development; – f) Committed to mandatory attendance at each session
