For more than 35 years, RST ELECTRIC has specialized in the Electric Machinery industry, producing equipment designed for durability and performance. Beyond sales, Chang has found value in sharing advice with other small and medium-sized businesses that remain cautious about e-commerce. He suggests starting with simple, practical steps—such as improving minisite presentation, testing response strategies, and learning from some online/offline training sessions provided by Alibaba.com—to gradually build confidence. “Each adjustment offers a chance to reflect on what works and what needs to change,” he explains. “Supporting one another helps strengthen business practices across the board.”

Chang points to shifts in buyer behavior and the constant need to keep up with digital tools. Yet, he views these not as setbacks but as opportunities. “Global trade is never static,” he says. “What matters is how fast we adapt.”
