On May 24, Alibaba Group Chairman Joe Tsai hosted Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at Hangzhou HQ. Shawn Yang represented Alibaba.com throughout the executive visit, culminating in a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SMEDA (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, Pakistan) to accelerate Pakistan’s digital export economy.
